How Dispatch works
Four tools, one job record. Start a job in Brief Forge and it carries forward into ShipCheck, GoLive and RateCard — so this reads as one operating layer over Claw AI Army, not four separate freebies.
Before you start
Everything you enter stays in your own browser — nothing is sent anywhere. Closing the tab is safe; Dispatch autosaves as you go and picks up exactly where you left off next time you open it.
Job vs. Save — what's the difference?
Your Job (the selector at the top of every tool) is what you're actively working on right now. It autosaves as you type and is shared across all four tools, so the audience and price you enter in Brief Forge is what RateCard sees too. It only ever holds the latest version — regenerating overwrites what was there before.
Save is different: it keeps a specific version on record on purpose, even after you keep editing or switch to a different job. Use it to compare a few drafts, or to hang onto an output after you're done with the job it came from. Every tool has its own Save button next to Copy, plus a saved list below with Open to bring a version back and Delete to remove it.
1Brief Forge — before you message a Claw Agent
Fill in your product, price and audience. Dispatch runs a weighted scoring engine across six positioning angles and hands you a ready-to-paste opening brief.
- Fill in What are you having Claw AI Army build?, Price point and Who is this for?
- Pick your Primary goal and the Your biggest strength that best fits this job.
- Click Generate Brief to see your ranked positioning angle and a full opening message.
- Click Copy to paste it straight into your first message to the agent, or Save to keep this version in Saved Briefs below — handy if you want to try a couple of angles and compare them.
2ShipCheck — before you approve the output
Pick the type of deliverable you got back and work through a channel-specific checklist. Dispatch scores it and tells you whether to ship or send it back.
- Choose the Deliverable type — it carries over from Brief Forge if you already set one.
- Check off every item in the checklist that's actually true of what you received.
- Read your Ship score and verdict — Ship it, Minor revisions or Needs real revision.
- Click Copy for a plain-text summary of the results, or Save to file this check under Saved Checks for your records.
3GoLive — after you download the file
Pick the platform you're actually publishing to and get a step-by-step checklist plus a live progress tracker, so nothing sits finished in a folder.
- Choose the Where is this going live? platform.
- Work down the checklist, checking off each step as you complete it.
- Watch the Launch progress bar move to 100% once everything's live.
- Click Copy for a summary of your progress, or Save to keep this launch plan in Saved Launch Plans — useful as a template the next time you publish to the same platform.
4RateCard — before you quote a client
If you're reselling a Claw-generated deliverable, get a real suggested price range instead of guessing.
- Choose the Service type — pre-filled from your job where possible.
- Set the Client market and Complexity, and toggle Rush turnaround if it applies.
- Click Calculate Rate, then Copy to paste the quote line straight into a client message, or Save to keep it in Saved Quotes as a reference for pricing similar jobs later.
One thing to know
Dispatch saves everything — jobs and saved items alike — to your own browser's local storage only. There's no account, no server and nothing to set up, but nothing syncs across devices either, and clearing your browser data clears it all. Switch jobs any time with the job selector at the top of each tool, or start fresh with + New Job.
